By accessing or using the services provided by hyaenilvtk B.V., including attending classes, using our website, or engaging with our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hyaenilvtk B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands with registration number B23025563.

Description of Services

hyaenilvtk provides yoga instruction, mindfulness training, meditation sessions, workshops, and related wellness services at our studio located in The Hague, Netherlands. Our services include:

• Group yoga classes in various styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Power Yoga)
• Guided meditation and mindfulness sessions
• Stress reduction workshops and programs
• Private yoga instruction
• Online resources and educational materials
• Community events and wellness programs

User Obligations and Conduct

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Health and Safety

• Consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any yoga or exercise program
• Inform instructors of any injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations
• Practice within your own limits and listen to your body
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructor directions

Studio Etiquette

• Arrive on time for classes and workshops
• Maintain a respectful and peaceful environment
• Turn off mobile devices during classes
• Respect the property and equipment of hyaenilvtk
• Follow hygiene standards and dress code requirements

Prohibited Conduct

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Use of alcohol or illegal substances on the premises
• Recording or photographing without explicit permission
• Commercial use of our services without authorization
• Harassment or discrimination of any kind

Booking and Payment Terms

Class Bookings

• Classes must be booked in advance through approved channels
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Class packages and memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class start time
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of class credit
• Package refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined below

Refund Policy

• Single class refunds available up to 24 hours before class time
• Package refunds available within 7 days of purchase if unused
• Medical exemptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Processing fees may apply to refund requests

Intellectual Property

All content provided by hyaenilvtk, including but not limited to class sequences, instructional materials, audio recordings, written materials, logos, and website content, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of hyaenilvtk B.V.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our proprietary content
• Record or photograph classes without written permission
• Use our teaching methods commercially without authorization
• Modify or create derivative works from our content
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of services and legal action.

Health and Safety Disclaimers

Participation in yoga, meditation, and wellness activities involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge and assume these risks. Important health and safety information:

• Yoga practice may result in injury if not performed correctly
• You are responsible for practicing within your physical limits
• Instructors provide guidance but cannot guarantee injury prevention
• Medical conditions may affect your ability to safely participate
• Pregnancy, injuries, or health conditions require medical clearance

If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms during practice, stop immediately and inform the instructor.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, hyaenilvtk B.V., its directors, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any injuries sustained during yoga practice or related activities
• Loss of personal property on our premises
• Interruption or cancellation of services
• Any errors or omissions in our content or instruction

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless hyaenilvtk B.V. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your use of our services in a negligent or improper manner
• Any injury to yourself or third parties during your participation
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Privacy and Data Protection

Termination

• Unused class packages may be subject to our refund policy
• Account closure requests should be submitted in writing

Termination by hyaenilvtk

• We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms
• Immediate termination may occur for safety violations or inappropriate conduct
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, but provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Hague, Netherlands.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution
